Antonio founded Knaisoma with a simple conviction: the best consulting happens when you are close enough to the implementation to spot issues where they originate, not where they eventually surface and cascade into something harder to untangle. With over 25 years of experience across financial services, technology, and SaaS, he has advised C-suites on digital transformation, AI adoption, and platform modernization.
His approach combines strategic vision with hands-on technical depth. He is equally comfortable presenting a transformation roadmap to a CTO and contributing code to validate an architectural decision. Prior to founding Knaisoma, Antonio held engineering leadership roles at Crossvale, recently acquired by Options Technology, the No. 1 provider of IT infrastructure to global Capital Markets firms, and at BY Techdesign, a Spanish firm specialized in the design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of cutting-edge Access Control solutions.
Antonio holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Almería and multiple Red Hat certifications, with contributions to open-source projects in the container ecosystem. What distinguishes his leadership is a rare fluency across registers: he communicates with the same precision whether whiteboarding with engineers or presenting to a board. He carries an instinctive sense for craft, an unwillingness to ship anything that merely works when it could work elegantly, paired with the decisiveness to cut through ambiguity when others are still framing the problem.
